Founded in 2016, The Ultimate Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to shaping lives through the game of golf. Over the years, we have worked to take golf to schools and underserved communities, creating access where it has never existed before.
Our mission is to identify children with raw talent and the right aptitude, especially in and around Delhi NCR, and provide them with professional coaching, structured training pathways, fitness and life-skills development, and full or partial scholarships.
Through our programs— Sprint to Success, Sprint Girls, Sprint Veer, and grassroots outreach—we are building a strong pipeline of young golfers while empowering children to grow with confidence, discipline, and opportunity both on and off the course.

We aim to reach 20,000 to 50,000 kids across Delhi NCR, local communities, and underserved societies, identifying and cultivating fresh talent in the sport of golf.
To discover potential talent, we conduct free talent screenings at the Ultimate Golf Performance Center, with 60-100 kids screened per session. This process helps us identify raw talent and aptitude for the game.
Each year, based on the screening results, we select 15-20 kids to sponsor. The selection is based on a comprehensive scoring system developed by our team of experts, considering both technical skill and potential for growth.
Our holistic training program includes expert coaching, fitness guidance, nutrition, and mentorship. Kids learn essential skills and actively prepare for competitive tournaments through a structured five-year development plan.
Our holistic training program goes beyond just golf. Selected kids will receive expert coaching in the sport, complemented by guidance from fitness experts and nutritionists to ensure overall physical development.
Our dedicated team of mentors provide personalized performance improvement tips, focusing on technical, physical, and mental aspects of the game.
The development process is underpinned by a five-year plan, with personalized goals for each child. We conduct annual progress assessments to track improvements and refine their growth strategies.
The program teaches kids essential skills such as course adaptation, game management, and actively prepares them for competitive tournaments. Through this comprehensive approach, we aim to provide these young athletes with not only the skills to excel in golf but also the confidence and discipline to succeed in life.
